Two Britons killed and two more seriously injured in Murcia traffic accident

Two British people were killed and another two were injured at midday on Thursday when the car in which they were travelling in left the road for reasons as yet unknown. It happened on the AP-7 motorway at Los Alcázares, Murcia. The 112 emergency number started to get calls at 12,11pm. All four people were trapped in the wreckage of the vehicle and firemen from the Murcia region, based in Los Alcázares, attended the scene along with ambulances from the Murcia health service. As a result of the crash two men, one aged 72, had died it’s thought instantly, while another two men were removed from the vehicle and stabilised by health personnel before being taken to the Los Arcos del Mar Menor in a serious condition.
